A few years ago, I was just like most busy guys in their 30s: stressed, carrying extra weight, and frustrated with workout plans that didn’t stick. At my heaviest, I was 250 lbs. I knew something had to change. Through a mix of functional fitness training, simple nutrition, and consistency, I dropped 50 lbs, rebuilt my strength, and found a lifestyle I could actually maintain.
Now I help other regular men (and women) do the same. My programs are built around functional strength routines, fat-loss workout plans, and sustainable training methods that fit into real life—not just the gym.
